1. About this Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy explains how eCorp Information Technologies Private Limited ("eCorpIT", "we", "our", or "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on ecorpit.com. It should be read together with our Privacy Statement and Terms of Use.
2. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that are placed on your device (computer, tablet, or mobile) when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, or work more efficiently, and to provide information to the website operator.
"Similar technologies" includes web beacons, pixels, tags, local storage, session storage, and software development kits (SDKs) used for similar purposes. References to "cookies" in this Policy include these similar technologies where the context allows.
3. Categories of cookies we use
We use cookies in the following categories. You can review and control most categories through our consent banner when you first visit ecorpit.com, and through your browser settings at any time.
3.1 Strictly necessary cookies
These cookies are essential for the website to function. They cannot be switched off in our systems. They are usually only set in response to actions made by you which amount to a request for services, such as setting your privacy preferences, logging in, or filling in forms.
3.2 Performance and analytics cookies
These cookies help us understand how visitors interact with our website by collecting and reporting information anonymously. They allow us to count visits, identify traffic sources, and measure site performance. We will only set these cookies if you consent.
3.3 Functional cookies
These cookies enable enhanced functionality and personalization, such as remembering your preferences (e.g., language, region). They may be set by us or by third-party providers whose services we have added to our pages. We will only set these cookies if you consent.
3.4 Targeting and advertising cookies
These cookies may be set through our site by advertising partners or third parties. They may be used to build a profile of your interests and show you relevant content or advertisements on other sites. We will only set these cookies if you consent.
4. Specific cookies we set

5. Third-party cookies
Some cookies on ecorpit.com are set by third parties when their content or scripts are loaded on our pages. These third parties may include:
- Google (Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, YouTube, Google Ads — note that Google Tag Manager does not generally set cookies by itself, but it loads third-party tags that may set cookies depending on your consent choices)
- Microsoft (LinkedIn Insight Tag, Microsoft Ads — only if installed on this site)
- Meta (Meta Pixel for Facebook and Instagram conversion tracking — only if installed on this site)
- Cloudflare (security and content delivery, used as our CDN)
We do not control these third-party cookies. Please refer to each third party's privacy and cookie policies for information about how they use cookies and how to opt out.
6. How you can control cookies
6.1 Consent banner
When you first visit ecorpit.com, our consent banner will allow you to accept, reject, or customize non-essential cookies. You can change your preferences at any time by clicking the "Cookie Preferences" link in the website footer.
6.2 Browser settings
Most browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings. You can usually find these settings under the "Options" or "Preferences" menu of your browser. Visit aboutcookies.org or allaboutcookies.org for guidance specific to your browser.
6.3 Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal or a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal to indicate a user's preference not to be tracked. Where required by applicable law and where technically supported by our consent-management tools, we will treat Global Privacy Control signals as an opt-out request consistent with CCPA / CPRA guidance. Industry standards for DNT remain inconsistent — we will update this Policy as standards evolve.
6.4 Opting out of advertising cookies
You can opt out of interest-based advertising from many participating advertisers via:
- Network Advertising Initiative — networkadvertising.org/choices
- Digital Advertising Alliance — youradchoices.com
- European Interactive Digital Advertising Alliance — youronlinechoices.eu
- Google Ads settings — adssettings.google.com
Opting out does not delete advertising cookies you have already received; it sets an opt-out cookie that signals participating advertisers not to serve targeted ads.
7. Consequences of disabling cookies
If you disable strictly necessary cookies, parts of our website may not function correctly (for example, form submissions or session-dependent features). If you disable performance, functional, or targeting cookies, you will still be able to use the website but some features may be less personalized and we will have less visibility into how the website is performing.
8. Cookies and personal data
Some cookies may collect or be associated with personal data (for example, an IP address or a user identifier). Where this is the case, the processing of that personal data is governed by our Privacy Statement, in addition to this Cookie Policy.
9. Consent records
We may maintain a record of your cookie consent preferences — including consent status, timestamp, region, browser/device identifier, and preference category — to demonstrate compliance with applicable law. These records are retained for as long as required to evidence consent and respond to regulatory inquiries.
10. Changes to this Cookie Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the cookies we use, in applicable law, or in our operations. The "Last updated" date at the top of this Policy indicates when it was last revised. Where required, we will request fresh consent for material changes.
